Selection tool

I would love to have a selection tool available. Because i use frame0 to edit screenshot from existing UI. I would love to be able to edit images by creating a selection and replacing them somewhere else on the canvas to create chuncks of images from 1 base image.

At the moment I do this with MS Paint still (I am not a designer but a PO/developer interested in designing ideas)
