Drag-selection algorithm is too aggressive

This might possibly be just a matter of preference, but when I use Balsamiq, and I try to drag the selection window over a number of elements, I need to select the entire element before it becomes selected.

On Frame0 I only need to drag over any portion of the element for it to become a part of the selection.

This selection algorithm results in it being too easy to grab more elements on-screen then you need.

I propose changing the selection algorithm so that you need to select the entire element before it becomes a part of the selection (or make this configurable through a setting)
