Bug: Right aligned text overlaps controls (Number Edit / Select / Combobox)

Current behavior:

When aligning text inside a number edit / select / combobox to the right, it is placed at the far end and overlaps with the controls of the respective element.

Expected behavior:

Text should be offset - similar to the search.
