Add a default style for the selected tool

If, for example, a pen is selected, then it would be great to have its settings displayed right away. So you don’t have to start drawing and only then adjust the style.

Another very important point: the tool settings should remain the same as they were set before. Now, the pen line width sets back to 1 pixel every time I select it, which is a bit unpredictable. Thank you very much! I love Frame0!!!!
